Infrared Saunas

penetrating heat that will help you better relax, recover, and rejuvenate.

Infrared technology utilizes panels that heat up the room to approximately 60 °C. These panels use infrared elements to radiate heat of differing wavelengths depending on the infrared category: near, mid, or far. Infrared radiation (IR), or infrared light, is a type of radiant energy that's invisible to human eyes but that we can feel as heat.

Infrared light has the ability to penetrate our skin, and heat the body from the inside, instead of heating the surrounding air. Infrared A (far infrared) penetrates the skin deepest and provides a different set of benefits, compared to infrared C (near infrared) which penetrates the least and provides a different set of benefits.

More than an ancient pharmacy

The history of using sauna bathing for wellness is almost mystical, especially in the Nordic countries. All the way up from the bronze age to the mid 20th century, sauna was the dedicated place for giving birth, escorting your deceased to the other side, and everything in between. The reason was that for ages poor hygiene was the main cause of illness and death. Saunas were usually the driest, warmest and cleanest places available.

Ancient Healing, Modern Science: Discover Sauna’s Benefits

Deeper, Restful Sleep

Sauna can increase deep sleep quality by 45% over the first 6 hours. Over the first two hours the percentage is 70%. This is because when the body warms up and then cools down, it releases hormones that positively affect your sleep. Studies have shown that we sleep better and more deeply after sauna.

Body in Balance

Regular sauna use promotes deep relaxation while enhancing blood circulation and boosting immunity. This simple ritual has been shown to lower the risk of heart disease, stroke, and even cognitive decline.

Beyond its preventive power, the heat helps soothe muscle pain by increasing blood flow to fatigued areas, speeding recovery and easing tension. It’s a mindful escape, bringing balance to the body and rejuvenation to the spirit. Allow the soothing warmth of infrared heat to gently ease your discomfort, melting away tension and promoting relaxation

Nurturing Brain Health

Those who embrace the sauna 4-7 times a week may experience up to a 60% reduced risk of developing dementia. The benefits extend beyond cardiovascular health, offering relief for conditions like high blood pressure, respiratory diseases, and even mental health challenges. Saunas offer more than direct healing—by supporting the body’s natural rhythms, they foster holistic wellness, creating balance and harmony from within. The gentle heat invites the body to heal itself, proving that true wellness is a blend of mind, body, and spirit.

Healing the heart with heat

Visiting the sauna 2-3 times a week can lower the risk of cardiovascular disease by over 20%, while increasing sauna sessions to more than 3 times per week may reduce this risk by up to 65%. Regular sauna use supports heart health by improving circulation and relaxing the body, offering profound long-term benefits. Through consistent, mindful sauna practice, your body is gently encouraged to find its natural balance, reducing strain on the heart and promoting overall wellness.

For the mind and the soul

The soothing warmth and quiet of the sauna offer more than physical relaxation—it’s a space for mindfulness and meditation, helping to ease stress and anxiety. In this shared, offline environment, we connect more deeply with ourselves and others, leaving behind the noise of daily life. The openness of sauna, even among strangers, encourages genuine human connection. By fostering relaxation and inner calm, this ritual not only nurtures mental well-being but can also contribute to a longer, more peaceful life.
